About Company

JSC Energomontazh International (“EMI”) was established in 1991 on the basis of the heating and assembly enterprises of the Fuel and Energy Ministry of Russia and a number of leading enterprises of the Ministry of the Russian Federation for Atomic Energy.

The main directions of their activity:

  • construction and repair of industrial power, including installation, adjustment and repair of equipment;
  • development and production of gamma flaw detectors, equipment and gamma radiation sources for industrial radiography;
  • acting as a general contractor for the construction of heat and power and other industrial facilities, including purchase of Russian enterprises and supply of equipment and materials under construction objects;
  • technical diagnostics and certification of equipment of existing energy and other industrial facilities. To do this, we have the appropriate licenses of state and supervisory authorities of Russia for the right to carry them out, as well as a laboratory for welding and quality control of the metal; organization and assist in the licensing of the industrial enterprises the right to perform production activities;
  • research and developmental work in the field of medical radiology;
  • training and certification of personnel in welding and inspection.

Gamma flaw detectors Exertus Selen 40, 80, 120 Circa

Universal gamma-ray flaw detector capable of operating both in a barrier version with a collimator, and in a hose version with an ampulus with the use of a source based on the radionuclide selenium-75 with an activity of up to 120 Ci.

Its feature is that the biological protection unit is made of tungsten, which allows to transport this flaw detector without a source of radiation without the use of special transport.


Gamma-ray flaw detectors Exertus Vox 100

A gamma flaw detector of a hose type for carrying out quality control of industrial products using radiography using a radiation source based on a cobalt-60 radion-based radion with an activity up to 100 Ci.
This model provides for the use of an electromechanical device to automatically move the source from the “storage” position to the “x-ray” position and back.

 


Gamma-ray flaw detectors Exertus Vox 400

Hose type gamma flaw detector for quality control of industrial products using radiography using a cobalt-60 radionuclide based radiation source with an activity of up to 350 Ci.
This model provides for the use of an electromechanical device for automatically moving the source from the “storage” position to the “x-ray” position and back.
